International Folk Song And Dance Festival Cappadocia and Antalya

The program of the festival
International Folklore Festival "New Life" carried out at the idea of organizations folk festivals "KNXXI". Interested in the maintenance and development of the folklore of different countries. The sponsor of the festival itself is the organizers. Our partners are "EAFF" - European Association of Folklore Festivals, "Art Center" - a well-known organizer of cultural events, "Sayar" - coordinator of the International Festival of movement and companies, "IDO" - International Dance Organization, travel agencies, tour operators, groups, ensembles, and others.

International festival-competition of folk dance and song began in Turkey in Antalya, 2 July with a parade, competitive performance will begin July 3 and will end on July 4 gala concert and awards ceremony.

The goal for the company KVALI NATELI XXI is the formation and development of a new type of festival. The festival includes pompous high standards of European festivals.

To participate in the competition of ensembles must perform the following duties:
The competition is open participate only to national ensembles.
Dance groups must submit before the festival CD, the name of the dance, and time.
Ensembles who want to take part in the competition must have national clothing.
Ensembles must be folk dances or songs for the contest.
Participants should have two numbers to perform in the festival.
Duration of the rooms should not exceed 5 minutes.
Each participant of the festival must submit two national flag and the CD with the anthem.
The national flag cannot be greater than 1 m х 2 m.

Festival can take part in the following age categories:
from 6 to 17 years;
from 18 to 40 years.

Foundation festival competition
Grand Prix will be awarded to one of the best ensemble (dance or music) from the organizers. Gold Cup (for ensemble), a gold medal (for the choreographer) and diploma (for ensemble).

Awards for dance and music ensembles:
First place – Gold Cup (for ensemble), a gold medal (for all participants - the ensemble) and diploma (for ensemble).
Second place – Silver Cup (for ensemble), Silver Medal (for all participants - the ensemble) and diploma (for ensemble).
Third place – Bronze Cup (for ensemble), bronze medal (for all participants - the ensemble) and diploma (for ensemble).

Nominations:     
The Best national costumes (pure folklore) - Golden Souvenir (for ensemble) and diploma (for ensemble).
Best choreography scenarios - Golden Souvenir (for ensemble) and diploma (for ensemble).
The best sports dance - Golden Souvenir (for ensemble) and diploma (for ensemble).

Awards: All ensembles participating in the festival will be presented with certificates from the organizers of the festival.
Criteria for assessing performance and award winners:
Competitive performances of the participants are evaluated according to generally accepted criteria: technical mastery (respectively nomination), artistry, complexity of the repertoire, costume, etc.

Competition jury
The jury will consist of five persons. The jury will be out of the international organization of folklore festivals. After the competitive performance of all participants, the jury will evaluate and determine the winners.

Schedule of the days
First Day: July 1 - Arrival in Antalya (transfer). Accommodation at the hotel. Dinner.
The second day: July 2 - Breakfast at hotel 08:00 am. Dinner. Open the festival in the afternoon 19:00 pm, the parade. Return to the hotel, dinner.
Third Day: July 3 - Breakfast at 08:00. The competition will begin at 10:00 am, lunch. (All participants will receive a schedule of performance ensembles) The competition will continue at 18:00 pm (All participants must perform two numbers). Return to the hotel, dinner.
Fourth day: July 4 - Breakfast at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, final competitive performance will begin at 10:00 PM (all participants must perform two numbers). Dinner. Gala concert. The awarding ceremony. Return to the hotel, dinner.
Fifth Day: July 5 - Breakfast at hotel 08:00, leisure (Our Company offers you the following additional services - water park, dolphinarium, cruise). Return to the hotel, dinner.
Sixth Day: July 6 - Breakfast at the hotel at 08:00. Free time (Our Company offers you the following additional services - Water Park, dolphinarium, cruise). Dinner. Return to the hotel, dinner.
Seventh day:  July 7 - Breakfast at the hotel at 08:00 am, after breakfast drive to airport.
